when you work with us

1. Meet the Client

We schedule a convenient appointment to meet at your chosen location (home, retail space, or office). During this meeting, we conduct initial measurements and engage in a thorough discussion regarding the scope of your project. This session provides an opportunity for you to express your requirements and collaborate on ideas effectively.

2. Prepare Detailed Quote/Estimate

Using the gathered information, we will formulate a comprehensive quote outlining the scope of the requested service and providing an accurate cost estimate.

If the client agrees with the quote, they need to provide written confirmation. Additionally, a 10% deposit is required to proceed with the order.

Once the funds have settled, our staff will schedule an appointment.

During this appointment, a thorough site check and measurements will be conducted at the client’s premises.

3. Site Detailed Check & Measure

Detailed Check & Measure: Our staff will visit your premises and perform a thorough check and measurement of your space. They’ll assess aspects such as service locations.

Material Samples: They’ll bring material samples for your viewing, including door styles, colours, benchtops, and hardware.

Product Recommendations: Our team will explain the best products for your specific application.

Informed Decisions: You’ll be introduced to a wide range of products and options, allowing you to make informed decisions throughout the selection process.

Duration: The appointment typically lasts between 1 to 3 hours.

4. Presentation of Final Drawings & Approval

The gathered information is utilized to generate precise 2D drawings, encompassing floor plans and elevations. These visual representations allow you to preview the finished product prior to approving production. Please note that any alterations requested after production commencement may result in additional charges.

5. Project Production

Efficiency is paramount when completing home renovation projects. When it comes to renovating a kitchen, the timeline depends on various factors such as the project’s scale, material selections, and efforts to minimize disruptions during demolition. On average, the process generally spans about four weeks from signing the contract to finishing touches. However, it’s important to note that this timeframe can vary based on individual project requirements.

6. Deliver, Install & Handover

Upon delivery, licensed tradespeople will proceed with the installation. Subsequently, a final quality inspection and thorough cleaning will be conducted before the project is handed over to you.
